Indica

Indica is one of the three categories of cannabis, along with Sativa and Ruderalis. Most Indicas provide a relaxed body high, which many enjoy for anxiety, sleep, pain, and more. Indica plants are often shorter and wider and produce heavier buds than their Sativa relatives.
