Sativa is one of the three categories of cannabis, along with Indica and Ruderalis. Most Sativas provide a cerebral head high, which many enjoy for helping with depression and increasing creativity. Sativa plants are often quite tall with narrower leaves and longer flowering times than their Indica relatives.
