ScrOG (Screen of Green)

A plant training technique in which a horizontal screen or net is placed above cannabis plants, and branches are woven through the screen as they grow to create a flat, even canopy. ScrOG maximises light exposure across all bud sites and can significantly increase yield in limited space. More involved than LST but well-suited to indoor growing where light footprint is fixed.
