Cannabutter
Cannabis-infused butter — the most common and versatile cannabis cooking ingredient. Made by combining decarboxylated cannabis with butter and applying gentle heat over several hours, then straining out the plant material. The fat in butter binds to cannabinoids, carrying them into the finished product. Cannabutter can be substituted for regular butter in virtually any recipe.
